Women and minorities still fare poorly in Hollywood

Hollywood loves white guys. A new study from USC finds that of the top 100 top grossing films last year, just a third of the lead actors were women. And out of all the directors, writers and producers -- women made up less than 20 percent. Minorities also fared poorly.
