‘Crazy Ex-Girlfriend:’ A comedy with a serious message about mental illness

In the musical comedy “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend,” Rachel Bloom stars as a woman with Borderline Personality Disorder. The show has gotten praise for how it tackles mental health. The final season begins this week. The show was created by Rachel Bloom and Aline Brosh McKenna, who wrote “The Devil Wears Prada” and “27 Dresses.”
