Les Moonves stepped down from CBS in September, following allegations of sexual misconduct. The board of CBS hired two law firms to look into those allegations. Their draft report was leaked to the New York Times. It says Moonves repeatedly lied to investigators, and destroyed evidence to save his reputation and a $120 million severance deal.
