Le Cordon Bleu Closing

Julia Child taught generations of Americans how to make boeuf bourguignon and countless French dishes. Child was educated at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris, and made that school a household name. But for a lot of Americans, the name now leaves a bad taste in their mouths. This week, Career Education Corporation -- the for-profit education company that owns Le Cordon Bleu in the U.S. -- announced it will be closing all of the 16 campuses. What happened?
