The rise of white supremacist groups and their place in California

There has been a rise in right-wing extremism and white supremacist groups in the country. On Wednesday, federal prosecutors charged four members of the Rise Above Movement, a white supremacist group based in California, of participating in riots in Charlottesville, Berkeley, Huntington Beach, and San Bernardino.
