The Simpsons Movie. What sounds like a joke is a dream-come-true for many of us. Simpsons movie director David Silverman (Monsters Inc, The Road to El Dorado) talks about that journey to the big screen from your TV.

After almost two decades as a television phenomenon, Homer Simpson and his family have finally made it to the big screen. David talks to Elvis about this protracted journey, how they modified the visual style to make it work in movie theaters, the importance of "stillness" in animation, and the conundrum of making a film that would be both different and familiar to its audience.
