How do you know what's best for someone else - especially when that someone else is a little kid? When Georgia Norman, a three-and-a-half year old Jamaican girl brought into the U.S. illegally without her parents ends up in an INS detention center for children, immigration policy and protocol don't make it any easier to decide which is best for her - to send her back to Jamaica, or to find her a home here in the U.S. We pick up the story four years later, to find out what happened to her, and if the decisions made were in her best interests.
