In 1982, the Guatemalan military attacked a tiny village called Dos Erres. They wiped it off the map, killing about 250 people. Thirty years later, a Guatemalan immigrant in Massachusetts got a phone call. He had never heard of Dos Erres. But the woman on the phone told him that two boys had been abducted during the massacre — and he was one of them.
