Possible ISIS Links in Jakarta Attack

The Islamic State is claiming responsibility for explosions and gunfire this morning in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, the world's largest Muslim country. The incident occurred at a Starbucks restaurant in broad daylight. Two civilians and five attackers are dead. Nineteen others are wounded. Michael Wills is Senior Vice President of the National Bureau of Asian Research.
