Rising Flood Waters Wreak Havoc and Close Interstates

Hosted by

In Cedar Rapids, 135 patients on wheelchairs and stretchers have been evacuated from the Mercy Medical Center. Steve Buttry, editor of The Gazette in Cedar Rapids, has an update.
