Now 49 people have been gunned down at a gay club in Orlando – in the worst mass shooting in American history, and Democrats are feuding with Republicans again in the House and the Senate. The latest proposals involve the "gun-show loophole" and the no-fly list. Are the prospects for action better now than they were four years ago?
