Dozens of Civilians Killed in Ukraine While Diplomacy Continues
The Foreign Ministers of Ukraine, Russia, France and Germany met for 5 hours yesterday in Berlin with the goal of “making steps toward a ceasefire possible.” Their conclusion was that “things can get even worse.”
