Democrats have made higher education central to this year's presidential campaign. With costs sky-rocketing, graduates are collectively $1.3 billion in debt. So Hillary Clinton wants to make college more affordable, and Bernie Sanders is demanding that it should be free. But Marco Rubio has a point: potential workers don't have the training for high-skilled jobs being created by new technology, while more and more college graduates are both underemployed and deeply in debt.
