Hamas Issues "Declaration of War" after Israel's Targeted Killing

After days of missile- and rocket-fire from Gaza, Israel escalated the confrontation today with multiple airstrikes and the targeted killing of Ahmed-al-Jabari, a senior military leader of Hamas.
