Protests that started over increases in bus and subway fares in several Brazilian cities turned into a nationwide movement, and the political elite has been forced to pay attention. After days of massive protest, Brazil's leaders have made some concessions, but Sunday's final Confederation Cup soccer game could fill the streets of Rio again.
