Netanyahu and Abbas at the UN

Hosted by

At the UN General Assembly today, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas focused on the lack of a peace process. He began by attacking Israel's destruction of Palestinian homes in East Jerusalem and the refusal to permit reconstruction. When it was his turn, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called Jerusalem Israel's "eternal capital," but focused on the perceived threats from Iran.
