Hosted by

A recent investigation revealed that a Bel Air property owner's been using 11.8 million gallons of water a year — at a cost of $90,000 a month. The massive use of water by owners of mega-homes was discovered by the Center for Investigative Reporting, where Lance Williams is a senior reporter.
