Local Central Americans Fear Deportation

Hosted by

Federal immigration agents are conducting raids around the country, with plans to deport immigrants from Central America whose claims for asylum have been rejected. So far, Immigration and Customs Enforcement—or ICE -- hasn't come to Los Angeles. But immigrant rights groups are helping them get ready for agents to come to their doors. Daniel Sharp is legal director at CARECEN, the Central American Resource Center.
