The FBI and a Political Dynasty in the San Gabriel Valley

Hosted by

Last night, the Sacramento offices of a sitting legislator were raided by the FBI — the first time that's happened since the 1980's. The target is Democratic State Senator Ron Calderon of Montebello, part of a family that's had at least one member in the legislature for 30 years. It's reportedly about political corruption in Los Angeles, but Calderon's attorney says the FBI agents "should be ashamed of themselves." We hear more and look at the political implications in the San Gabriel Valley. Also, the Los Angeles Kings won a crucial game last night, a different team from last year's Stanley Cup winners.
