Hollywood is in for a big change when Hollywood & Highland opens up next week, hard on the heels of Paseo Colorado in Pasadena. They have their differences, but the developer is the same, Canadian company TrizecHahn. Hollywood & Highland, future home of the Academy Awards, will also boast restaurants, a hotel, and a host of retail stores. But will the glitzy Vegas-style project become a galvanizing force in the community or just another tourist attraction?
