Is It Time to Restore Affirmative Action for California Higher Ed?

Hosted by

Californians passed a ban on affirmative action for public universities in 1996. Since it went into effect, the percentage of blacks and Latinos has declined at the University of California. But the percentage of Asians — especially Chinese -- has increased. The debate is not going away.
