Now a City Councilman on the East Side, Villaraigosa has joined Bernard Parks, Bob Hertzberg and Richard Alarcon, all of whom are opposing Jim Hahn in ext year-s election. Villaraigosa says a citywide crisis of confidence led him to his decision.
