Los Angeles' Natural History Museum and the 110 Toll Lanes

Hosted by  •

LA County's Natural History Museum is turning 100 years old, but its long-time director says it's being given "new life." We hear about five new permanent exhibitions displaying some of the 35 million objects collected over the past century. The museum director says the change is not just philosophical so that the history museum could "talk about the future." Also, the first report on those toll lanes that require $40 transponders if you want to get ahead of the rest of the traffic on the 110 Freeway. We'll get the official results and the opinions of some of our listeners.
