Hosted by

The spending plan passed by the legislature and signed by Governor Brown was balanced on admittedly optimistic projections of revenues during the fiscal year that began on the first of this month. John Myers is Sacramento Bureau Chief for KQED public radio and political reporter for its daily program The California Report.
