How Syrian Refugees Are Screened

Friday's attacks on Paris were organized by ISIS in Syria.  Now 31 American Governors — including all the Republicans — say they don't want more Syrian refugees in their states.  House Speaker Paul Ryan has called for a "pause" until the vetting process can be assessed for security.  David Murphy, executive director of the International Rescue Committee in San Diego, explains how refugees are screened.
