  • Newsmaker: One day after three cops were convicted of crimes, the Rampart Independent Review Panel has issued a call for sweeping reforms of the LAPD. Richard Drooyan is the panel's general counsel, and author of the just-released report. He joins us to talk about some of the 210 pages of findings and recommendations.
