That-s according to the latest survey on population growth by the Public Policy Institute of California. More than 2500 people were interviewed in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese. Whites are the most worried, Latinos the most optimistic. Why are there such different opinions? Can the quality of life and the environment be preserved? Is -smart growth- possible?
