Anti-Death Penalty Ballot Measure in the Works

Hosted by

There are more than 740 inmates on Death Row in California and the population continues to grow. But there has not been an execution since 2006. If the so-called Justice that Works Act qualifies for next year’s ballot, voters may be asked to eliminate the death penalty in favor of life without the possibility of parole. Mike Farrell is a veteran actor in movies and TV and long-time president of Death Penalty Focus.
