Cindy Sheehan Does an About-Face on the Anti-War Movement

Hosted by

Five acres of land in Crawford, Texas were put up for sale today by anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan. Sheehan, whose son was killed in Iraq in 2004, captured the media spotlight when she camped outside President Bush’s Crawford ranch hoping to meet with him. She bought the land near downtown Crawford as a permanent site for protesters. However today she put up the 'for sale' sign and headed home for California, disillusioned with the cause she once championed.
