LA Times Publisher Jeffrey Johnson Forced Out

Hosted by

The Los Angeles Times reported today that its publisher, Jeffrey Johnson, has been forced out of his job. Johnson, along with Editor Dean Baquet, defied superiors at Tribune Publishing who demanded staff cuts that both men say would damage the Times. Some 400 staffers signed a petition asking that both men be kept on the job.
