For eight months, former Los Alamos nuclear scientist, Wen Ho Lee, has been sitting in solitary confinement on charges of mishandling top secret documents regarding our nuclear arsenals. But, things are beginning to change. Lee is scheduled for release and the court has ordered disclosure of government documents that may support his claim of racial profiling. In the meantime, the case has had a dramatic impact on the Asian-American communities and those still working in our nuclear laboratories.
