7:00 p.m. - Truman Library Commemoration of Historic Order Ending Segregation in U.S. Armed Forces - General Colin Powell keynotes this commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Truman's signing of the Executive Order ending racial segregation in the U.S. Armed Forces. Program includes an address by Colin Powell followed by an impromptu Q & A session with the audience at the Truman Library.
