President Obama from Afghanistan

One year after announcing the death of Osana bin Laden, President Obama is in Kabul on a unannounced visit. The President will address the nation from Kabul at 4:30pm DST. It is expeceted that he'll discuss the new US-Afghan security agreement that he and Afghan President Hamid Karzai signed today, that details America's role after the withdrawal of US and NATO troops.  KCRW presents NPR's live anchored coverage of the President's speech, beginning at 4:30pm PDT.
