Tens of thousands of people will creep down the 10 this weekend toward Indio. It’s the first weekend of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Annual Festival. And beyond the culturally-appropriated bindis, the flowing skirts and freshly coiffed man buns, there’s something else that’s become Coachella fashionable: Palm Springs.
