White House Chief of Staff John Kelly has been on the verge of resigning or being fired many times. Now he’s leaving by the end of the year. No one appears to be rushing to replace him. Also, prosecutors concluded that President Trump directed his lawyer, Michael Cohen, to make illegal payments to two women during the 2016 campaign. So will Democrats talk about impeaching Trump now?
