Influx of Camp Fire survivors strains Chico

A year ago today, the Camp Fire broke out in Paradise, CA. More than 80 people died, and some 20,000 structures were destroyed. Many survivors fled to Chico, and they’re still there. The influx of people is straining that city to the brink of disaster. We hear from the mayor of Chico.
