Tech companies: meeting with Trump, fighting fake news

The leaders of Amazon, Microsoft and other leading tech companies met with Donald Trump today.

Facebook, Twitter and Google have all been criticized for posting fake news stories, misleading clickbait and conspiracy theories. These companies are working on plans to combat fake news.

Some say Democrats should fight the election of Trump because he didn’t win the popular vote and presents unprecedented conflicts of interest. Then there’s the matter of Russia’s interference in the election.
