Wildfires Devastate Large Swaths of Texas

Almost 70 percent of Texas has been under extreme drought, and massive wildfires have charred some 2100 square miles. Firefighters from state and federal agencies are getting some relief from local drizzles, but it's not over yet, and it means big trouble for a state with serious financial troubles.
