Sex Scandal Hits Sacramento while Other Issues Fester

Republican Assemblyman Mike Duvall of Yorba Linda resigned today, apologizing for becoming “a major distraction” in the last week of the legislative session.  During a committee hearing in July, the married father of two adult children bragged to a colleague about sex with two women, one a lobbyist.  He was unaware that a microphone was recording his conversation.
