Will Tax Breaks Save Hollywood?

LA has hit a new low. This season fewer TV pilots than ever are shooting here in Hollywood. In an effort to lure producers back from other states and other countries, California lawmakers are considering extending and possibly increasing the state’s $100 million tax incentive program… but they’ve yet to decide on the bottom line. What price are we willing to pay to keep Hollywood in Hollywood?

Also, a new tuition aid program for middle-class students.
