Supreme Court: Trump can use Pentagon funding for border wall

In a 5-4 decision along partisan lines, the Supreme Court justices freed up more than $2 billion in military funding to build President Trump’s border wall. A lower court judge in California had twice blocked the administration from using that money for the wall.

Also, President Trump signed what’s called a “safe third” agreement with Guatemala in the last few days. It forces any migrants passing through that nation to first apply for asylum there so they could be eligible to apply in the U.S.
