This week on Good Food with Evan Kleiman, we'll look at how food played a role in the recent popular uprising in Egypt. Claudia Roden explains. Jonathan Gold reviews Lukshon, the new restaurant from Sang Yoon of Father's Office fame. Obesity isn't just problem for Americans. Timothy Armstrong of the World Health Organization tells us how the developing world is dealing with growing obesity rates. Author Frederick Douglas Opie explains the relationship between food and the civil rights movement. We'll go to a Thai Laotian restaurant in Garden Grove with Gustavo Arellano. Plus, Anne Smith of The New School of Cooking shares a recipe for carrot fennel soup. And Delilah Snell takes us to the Irvine Farmers Market.
