The Census of Marine Life recently released a report documenting some unusual findings in the water. Dr. Paul Snelgrove of the Ocean Sciences Center at Memorial University in Newfoundland was one of 2,700 scientists from over 80 countries who contributed to the research.Guest Interview

Eric Ripert is chef and co-owner of the NY restaurant Le Bernardin, which has earned 3 stars from The Michelen Guide four times. The restaurant also holds the highest ranking of 4 stars from The NY Times for over a decade now, the only restaurant to maintain this status for this length of time, without ever dropping a star. Eric hosts PBS’s Avec Eric, and is a regular guest judge on Bravo’s “Top Chef.” His latest book is titled Avec Eric: A Culinary Journey with Eric Ripert, Featuring Over 100 Simple Recipes, all designed for the home cook.
