Roxana Jullapat and Dan Mattern are the co-owners of Cooks County on Beverly Boulevard in West Hollywood. Jullapat makes dinner rolls with kabocha squash and sage for Thanksgiving and Mattern likes to use her rolls in his stuffing.
Matthew Biancaniello is the bartender at the Library Bar in the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. He puts a pinch of soy lecithin in fresh squeezed pumpkin juice and using an immersion blender he creates a pumpkin air to top his Smoked Beer Margarita.
