Kim Masters is away today, so Michael Schneider joins John Horn to discuss two conservatives who made entertainment news this week. One is Glenn Beck the former Fox news commentator and chalkboard enthusiast. He has announced plans to start making movies at his Texas film studio where he currently produces his web radio show. He states that he's more interested in culture than politics these days and looks to movies for an expression of that. The other is Oliver North. Famous for the Iran-Contra scandal, this former DC insider has been hired to consult on the FX series The Americans. The creator of the show stresses that his usefulness is in the story consultation and is not in any way a political statement.
