Eric Fleming is charming, good looking and talented. He wrote, directed, produced and starred in the 2004 indie comedy The Almost Guys with Robert Culp and Shawnee Smith. But given the rest of his experience in Hollywood, "the almost guy" is a label he's fighting to avoid. Despite lunching with Ron Howard and signing numerous development deals, he really hasn't "made it" in Hollywood. Yet.
