On the occasion of the DVD release of “Pee Wee’s Playhouse,” Pee Wee Herman -- who hasn’t been heard from since 1991 -- joins Elvis Mitchell on a special edition of The Treatment. Elvis also speaks to Pee Wee’s alter ego, Paul Reubens, the creator and producer of “Pee Wee’s Playhouse.”
