Bob's Burgers is an animated workplace comedy starring the dysfunctional Belcher family. Its patriarch, Bob, an excellent chef, is constantly at war with the profit-mongering Jimmy Pesto, who owns a sub-par yet very popular pizza joint across the street. Also central to the plot are Bob's failed attempts to maintain some semblance of control over his wife, Linda, and their three children, Tina, Gene, and Louise. The show brings a fresh comedic perspective to Fox's Sunday night animation lineup, which includes The Simpsons and American Dad. Creator Loren Bouchard and executive producer Jim Dauterive talk to Elvis about the incredible cast of voices and the surprising influences in the writers' room.
