Ever since it made a splash at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, 20 Feet from Stardom has been picking up steam for its behind the scenes look at the lives of some of the best singers living today - that nobody knows about. Merry Clayton, Lisa Fischer and Darlene Love were the voices behind some of the most famous tracks of our time. Not only is 20 Feet from Stardom the story about their role as backup vocalists, it also takes a critical look at their place in African American cultural history.
