HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT IMPROVE AN INDIVIDUAL'S CHANCE OF WINNING. Any eligible individual who contributes $25 or more to KCRW between 12 AM PST on March 15, 2008 and each sweepstakes’ end date (detailed below) is automatically entered into all open sweepstakes. To be automatically entered, contributions by mail must be post marked by each sweepstakes end date (detailed below) and received within fourteen (14) calendar days of the sweepstakes end date; contributions by phone or internet must be received by each sweepstakes end date (detailed below).
To participate without contribution, handprint your full name, complete address with ZIP Code, date of birth, and day/evening phone numbers with area code on a standard size postcard and mail with the proper postage affixed:

The postcard enters you into all open sweepstakes. Postcard entries must be postmarked by each sweepstakes end date and received at KCRW within fourteen (14) calendar days of the applicable sweepstakes end date (detailed below). You will be notified only if you win.
Limit one entry per sweepstakes per household. Limit one prize per individual/household per 365 days. Designated entrant must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States. The following individuals are not eligible for sweepstakes entry: employees who have worked for KCRW with the past 6 months, directors and officers, plus their respective immediate family members or household members, of KCRW Foundation, Santa Monica College, or prize suppliers; residents of New York, Rhode Island, and Florida; and non-United States residents.
These Rules and this Promotion are governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of California, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of California, Los Angeles County. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of California and the federal courts located with such state and county with respect to any action, dispute or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited. All entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decision of KCRW, which is final and binding.
For each sweepstakes, a random drawing will be made of all eligible, completed entries received during each Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be selected within approximately 120 days of the sweepstakes end date. Winner will be notified by telephone only within 150 days of sweepstakes end date. Winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form (“the Form”) and an IRS Form W9 by the due date specified on the Form. Prizes will be shipped to US addresses only. Failure to comply with these Official Rules, failure to execute and return the required documents by the specified due date will result in awarding the prize to an alternate winner.
Entry constitutes permission to post winner's name on the KCRW website and the use of the winner's name, likeness and hometown for purposes of publicity and/or advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that KCRW Foundation, Santa Monica College, or any prize sponsors, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this Sweepstakes. KCRW Foundation, Santa Monica College, and any prize sponsors make no representations of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize after receipt. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. All taxes, title, license, registration and insurance fees and expenses are the responsibility of the winner. KCRW has no affiliation with and does not endorse any prize sponsors. KCRW reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
MISCELLANEOUS
Under no circumstances will KCRW Foundation, Santa Monica College or any affiliated persons or entities be liable for: (a) electronic, computer, telephone, network, internet or other technical or human error(s) which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes; (b) any injury or damage to person or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from participation or attempted participation in the Sweepstakes; (c) inaccurate, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, postage due, lost or stolen entries or other information related to the Sweepstakes; (d) illegitimate entries (which will be disqualified); (e) punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
KCRW reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond KCRW’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, KCRW will (if possible) select the winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.

THREE CHOICES SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION, VALUE, START AND END DATE, & ODDS
Prize description, choice #1: Blackberry 8830 World (winner can select equivalent Blackberry if 8830 is unavailable through current wireless network provider); Prize value is $349.99. Prize description, choice #2: Apple iPod Touch 8GB; Prize value is $299. Prize description, choice #3: Apple MacBook Air 13" 1.6 GHz; Prize value: $1,799. The three chances for Three Choices sweepstakes start date is 12 AM PST on 3/15/08 and end date is 11:59 PM PST 3/31/08. The two chances for Three Choices sweepstakes start date is 12 AM PST on 3/15/08 and end date is 11:59 PM PST on 4/21/08. The one chance for Three Choices sweepstakes start date is 12 AM PST on 3/15/08 and end date is 11:59 PM PST on 5/5/08. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
